ROUMANIA CLIMBING PROJECT

Being invited to Romania for the climbing and promotion project in the Băile Olănești area was an inspiring experience. The project focused on exploring and climbing new single-pitch and multi-pitch routes, showcasing the impressive potential of the region’s natural rock formations.

During my time there, I had the chance to climb alongside passionate local climbers, exchange techniques, and immerse myself in the unique climbing culture of Romania. The area around Băile Olănești is not only rich in quality rock but also in breathtaking landscapes, making it an exciting destination for both adventure and outdoor tourism.

This experience deepened my appreciation for international climbing collaborations and the way they can promote local destinations while fostering a strong sense of community and environmental respect.
