About
I was born in Crete, Greece, in 1987. At 16 years old, I fell head over heels in love with climbing. Before long I was training for climbing competitions, while simultaneously working towards my BSc degree in Sport Science at the University of Athens.
I started sharing my knowledge of -and passion for- climbing as soon as I graduated, having already become certified as a climbing coach by the Greek General Secretariat of Sports.

From guided climbing days and technical coaching to custom climbing holidays, every experience is tailored to your goals, abilities, and interests. My approach combines movement, technique, safety, and performance development to help you gain confidence, progress as a climber, and enjoy some of the best sport climbing in Greece.

My Approach
My coaching approach is focused on maximizing your performance in climbing. I believe that a holistic approach is essential, addressing all aspects of climbing equally - physical, technical, and mental. I work closely with each climber to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a personalized plan to help them reach their full potential. My aim is to help you not only improve as a climber but also as a person, developing a deeper connection with nature and a greater sense of purpose in life.
